Long before Napa Valley became renowned for its vineyard landscapes, fantastic restaurants, five-star hotels, and spectacular wines, it was a rural, tight-knit agricultural community. Napa wasn’t fancy or formal then; it was a small society of farmers who took pride in working their land, growing peaches, plums, and tomatoes that were just as celebrated as their grapes. It was quiet, bucolic, and undiscovered. This was the Valley we first fell in love with.

Today, hidden behind the shiny veneer that most visitors to Napa Valley see, the farming community and the sturdy spirit that drives it still exists.

When we began planning and planting the site, we knew it was destined to be a great vineyard. The 86-acre parcel lies in the heart of Oakville, a stone’s throw from where the Napa wine industry was born, and where the best wines are still made today. We knew that we would build a compelling new winery there, amid the ranks of our famous neighbors. But over the last five years of carefully replanting the vineyard, walking the property daily, and getting to know the land, we have realized that this parcel has a higher purpose. This is not simply a new winery and vineyard; it calls for the renaissance of the true Napa values: of close-knit community, agricultural life, and strong connection with nature.

We are INVITING a small number of families to join us as partners and co-owners of the Favia vineyard and the country homes we will build there.

Together we will create a community rooted in the rural Napa lifestyle that first drew us to the Valley. Imagine spending time on the farm with us, watching it grow and change with every season; being captivated by the sunsets over your vineyards; pulling a bottle from your wine library located steps away at the winery cellar; cooking delicious meals for your family with produce harvested from the garden. The homes will allow you to share these simple pleasures of life with your friends and family throughout the seasons and over the years.

As our partners, you will be with us at the forefront of Napa life and culture. You will enjoy all the benefits of a close-knit community dedicated to the land. Strolling the Favia estate, you will see in the sprawling landscape the Napa traditions that has always been there, waiting for those with the vision to see them, and preserved for those who love them most.
